Safe Khelo Account Deletion
This page explains how users of the Safe Khelo app can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Deleting your account is permanent. Once completed, your account and related
data cannot be restored.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open the Safe Khelo mobile app.
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to the menu
- Select অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল করুন.
- Enter your account password.
- Confirm the deletion request.
What data will be deleted
- Your account profile information
- Your login-related account records
- Your app-related personal data associated with the account
- Other user records linked to your account, where applicable
Data retention
After account deletion, we do not keep personal user data except where retention is required by applicable law, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or regulatory compliance. Any retained data is kept only for the minimum period required.
